Learn to make a powerful business case for Leadership Development with prospective clients. Rather than selling, this is about becoming a development partner who can relate to your clients business challenges and show them how the help you can provide will guide them to optimal leadership.
Interpreting Results
These instruments are rich with valuable insights. We'll spend ample time practicing hypothesizing and debriefing with real profiles. We will also focus on how to guide clients in the developmental journey from Reactive to Creative stages of development. Build your proficiency in putting the whole puzzle together!
